  1.                          BAKED ICE CREAM

  4. 1 pkg. bake-and-fill taco salad shells
  5. 1 pint premium vanilla ice cream
  6. 3 T. sugar
  7. 2 t. cinnamon
  8. 1 t. nutmeg
  9. hot fudge sauce
  10.  
  11.           Preheat oven to 500 degrees.  Let salad shells stand in
  12. package at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.  Mix sugar and
  13. spices in small bowl.  Carefully remove ice cream from container,
  14. keeping it well frozen.  Cut into four equal size rounds.  Place
  15. round in center of salad shell.  Wrap salad shell around ice
  16. cream.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with sugar
  17. mixture.  Bake for three minutes or just until crust begins to
  18. turn golden.  Remove from oven, place on serving dishes, and let
  19. stand for two minutes to allow shell to continue to crisp.  Top
  20. with hot fudge sauce.
